Sounds delicious! I have never enjoyed ANY sort of satay before - are there any vegetarian versions?

PiaC 10 months ago

These sound so delicious! And quite simple to make as well. I order these in restaurants and always thought that they were too hard for a home cook. Thank you for the recipes.

Thanks rorshak!

K9keystrokes, your so welcome, I hope you get a chance to make them.

Simone--I thought of you as I was writing this...there should be a veggie version because it is the peanut sauce and fresh cilantro that really make it good. Hmmm..let me think on that one.

Hi Pia--I thought I saw a comment from you about kabobs...this is kinda similar, yes?

I love satay. How about some beef and chicken satay recipes. Voting this Up and Useful.

Mrs. Menagerie 10 months ago

Hi alocsin and thanks. Actually the pork recipe works with chicken too. I definately need a beef recipe, mmmmm.

Hey Simone...what about sweet potatoes...par cooked, cubed, skewered and grilled with marinade? Then dipped in peanut sauce. Throw in some other veggies such as bell peppers and onion...just a thought.
